WE BELIEVE that all scripture is the inspired Word of God
2 Timothy 3:16 (KJV): All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
John 1:1 (KJV): In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John 1:14 (KJV): And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
Matthew 24:35 (KJV): Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
WE BELIEVE in one God
Deuteronomy 6:4 (KJV): Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one Lord:
Isaiah 45:22 (KJV): Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.
Galatians 3:20 (KJV): Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one.
WE BELIEVE that God is a Spirit
John 4:23 (KJV): But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
John 4:24 (KJV): God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
Ephesians 4:4-5 (KJV): There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one home of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism;
WE BELIEVE that God is love
1 John 4:8 (KJV): He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
Matthew 22:37-40 (KJV): Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. On these two commandments hand all they law and the prophets.
Ephesians 4:6 (KJV): One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
2 Corinthians 1:3(KJV): Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort;
WE BELIEVE in the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God
Matthew 16:16-17 (KJV): And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.
WE BELIEVE in the virgin birth
Matthew 1:23 (KJV): Behold, a virgin shall be with child and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.
WE BELIEVE in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ
Luke 24:6-7 (KJV): He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee, Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.
WE BELIEVE that Jesus Christ is the only means of Salvation
John 14:6 (KJV): Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no men cometh unto the Father, but by me.
John 10:9 (KJV): I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
Acts 4:12 (KJV): Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
WE BELIEVE in the Holy Ghost
John 14:26 (KJV): But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
WE BELIEVE in the baptism of the Holy Ghost with speaking with tongues
Acts 1:5 (KJV): For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.
Acts 2:1 (KJV): And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
Acts 2:4 (KJV): And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
Acts 10:44-47 (KJV): While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which hear the word. And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then Answered Peter, Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?
WE BELIEVE in water baptism according to scripture
Jesus was baptized - Matthew 3:16 (KJV): And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:
Jesus commanded His disciples to baptize - Matthew 28:19 (KJV): Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
The Disciples carried out the command of Jesus - Acts 2:38 (KJV): Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Acts 2:41 (KJV): Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.
Acts 10:47-48 (KJV): Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we? And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days
WE BELIEVE in communion
1 Corinthians 11:26 (KJV): For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do show the Lord's death till he come.
WE BELIEVE in the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ
Acts 1:11 (KJV): Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.
Revelation 1:7 (KJV): Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.
1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 (KJV): For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
WE BELIEVE in the Gifts of the Spirit and the Fruits of the Spirit
The Gifts of the Spirit 1 Corinthians 12:8-11 (KJV): For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.
